Looks like I have support from President Carter.  

Isn't it just like me to be on the forefront of one of the most controversial political issues to rock our country in my lifetime? ;~D

But seriously, my hope is that this open dialogue will move us past all this hostility and anger from the far Right so that our President can do his job without having to waste his time doing damage control from all the smear.  Smear that is being easily spread and believed because of fear.
